What fun to have secrets.
I am good most of the time as you well know.
I took the time this Friday to catch up with my friend Tim Noble who is retired but works for the Princes trust and met so many young people trying to start again in our world. LOL!!!
I will send you a link for you and Meggs and robin.

Oh jeri, I have lost so many friends on jigidi and yes I enjoyed Rosie, Tiny treasure was my last friend that I have lost, but you must remember we are all having a Birthday every year and it does not help.
Also had I bit of a problem on jigidi and have lost puzzles from you and Meggs sadly. But have this one.

These old puzzles of biscottino's sure bring back some memories.
rlpuz/Rosie is another one that is no longer with us, along with biscottino/Patricia.
Rosie was having eye problems and operations to help her see. Do you remember
her Clive..?
I love the poem written below.

Amazing... Once neglected, now adored

Bjresh

What is wabi sabi?

Bjresh

The comments here are all so poignant. I've been touched by all these rusty decaying pictures, they seem to be saying something. Perhaps not to forget to find something every day that is joyful or new and fresh and be grateful for it. In our rusty days we can look back on them and recall what pleasures we had. Thanks Patricia for sharing Frosts poem, I had never read the whole thing but those last lines. . . . . Are so familiar!!

biscottino

(blushes madly...) x x x

Isaly

Most definitely Rosie.

I feel the say way about rust and decay that you do Rosie thanks to Patricia.

rlpuz

You''re welcome Cyndi. Poems are food for the soul don't you think?

rlpuz

Rust and decay have become a whole new wonderful world since you enlightened me to wabi sabi, Patricia. Thank you.

Isaly

I also had forgotten Robert Frost's poem. Love it. Thanks for the reminder Rosie. Cyndi

biscottino

I'd forgotten that poem! Thank you for reminding me of it, Rosie. Glad you like the rusty bicycle! x

'Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening' BY ROBERT FROST

Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

rlpuz

And miles to go before I sleep.
And miles to go before I sleep ...Robert Frost

I'm sure you have earned your slumber lovely nomad.

It's like a precious gem reflecting in the light, Patrica. Thanks for posting it.

biscottino

I agree, Missdaisy - somehow wistful. Thank you.

I do too, Cyndi - thank you. x

Isaly

What a find Patricia. When I look at it I wonder who owned it and where did the owner ride to. Thank you ~ Cyndi

It's beautiful, in a sad sort of way.
