That winter was the coldest for 100 years, usually winters are quiet mild. Boats have to have a license to use the canals, canoes, kayaks, narrowboats, river cruisers, as long as they fit into a lock and can pass under a bridge, thanks Sandi and Wendy dinghies ☺


Both the Winter scenes are very pretty. Tell me Brian, are there any other kinds of boats allowed on the canals? ............Wendy
