Calling fetal development a theory is like calling evolution a theory. They once were theories, but are now proven scientific facts. All scientific knowledge was theory at one time until proven.

Any fool can post something on the internet. Wikipedia is not the be-all and end-all of knowledge. It has a lot of mistakes because the information can be posted or changed by anyone.
