Apples, pears, raisins, prunes and a couple of cans of cranberry sauce (starting with cranberries is time-consuming and expensive). Eat with cereal, yogurt, cream, or plain as a snack. The liquid thickens as it cools.

Thats a relief, this is between the two hawk photos and glancing at the thumbnail, I thought you had done something serious to the hawk!

Looks delicious... Have to try it ... I used to make a trail mix for the grandchildren when we went camping ...

You had to throw in that cookie line, didn't you? Just as I was biting into a chocolate chip cookie!!!

I tend to eat it with a spoon, right out of the jar. The only added sugar is from the cranberry sauce, but the raisins and prunes sweeten it. My biggest problem is that once I start, it's so good I can't stop eating it! Better than cookies for a snack, though!

Looks yummy

Looks good; I might have to try this, since I'm kind of a fruit freak. Or, as some of my less charitable friends would have it, fruit cake.

YUM!!!!!
