I had a friend who loved the "Lord Of The Rings" books and named his daughter Galadriel!!

Thank you Joe.

I'm doing as well as can be expected, can't wait till July 16!! I think Rhiannon is a great name! :))

Hi Joe,
I was never familiar with many artists. My time was probably late 40's and 50's.
My daughter was married 16 years and before her first and only child was born. She said, if I ever have a girl, I will name her Rhiannon. She loved Stevie Nicks, music and may still be a fan of "Fleetwood Mack" Rhiannon, has just turned 21 this June 12. Thank you for the post, hope you are OK. 6-25-18

John,
You should include rhinos in your rescue. My son tells me they are in danger of becoming extinct.
Thanks for sharing the video. Fiona was a delight to watch this morning. :-))
Looks like you'll need a big pool in your backyard.

jals

Bobbie,
So glad to hear Finn and his mom are doing well!
No, there are just too many crackpots who like to hurt kids around and we have no idea who they are. I do enjoy seeing him watching out for this little girl. And my youngest and his wife are finding out what it's like to parent a very active ,rambunctious little boy. lol That is fun to watch as well. :-))

Tell her hello from me!! But please tell her I'd rather not go skinny dipping with her.......

Joe, I thought you might know Fiona. She speaks very highly of you!

Not to change the subject, BUT...Earlier today I watched a video on YouTube and was so inspired, I decided to open the first Hippopotamus Rescue in the U.S.. If anyone knows of a hippopotamus that is in need of a meal or a new pair of shoes, please contact me ASAP. Thanks in advance for all your help...

That's a good thing Judy, can't be to safe today. I guess we did alright, if our children are being responsible grown ups. Kinda makes you feel good. I never got to tell you, Baby Finn, and my niece are both fine and doing good. It was a little scary there for a few days, but it all went well. Thank the good lord, every day!!!♥♥♥

jals

Yes, my son and I were talking about that. He acts as Dad to his gf's daughter too and worries that his gf is too lax with safety rules for her.

pasta

You are so right about that. My children were only allowed to sleep at friends houses if we knew the parents, and we had to talk to them to make sure he was really sleeping there. Times sure have changed.♥

jals

We probably did too, Bobbie. Couldn't wear makeup until I was in Junior High and then only a light pink lipstick. Not the bright blue eyeshadow I was crazy about then. ha ha
I actually think the not sleeping over with older brothers was a good idea. I'd be so much stricter if I had to do it over. I would homeschool my kids and I wouldn't allow sleepovers at anyone else's house. There are too many crazy people. I had no idea my neighbors were using drugs when my kids were at their house. I would not want to be a parent today.

pasta

We had some stupid rules, we weren't allowed to wear make up or nail polish. Couldn't sleep at a friends house if they had older brothers. All sorts of stuff. I know I had a two piece bathing suit when I was 14, not sure you would call it a bikini. We did a lot of things my mother never found out about. ;))

jals

ba ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
I remember buying a halter top. Don't know that I was allowed to wear it anywhere. ha
So funny. My parents were strict. My mom grew up in a home where there wasn't a lot of supervision as her mother was working all the time to put food on the table, and so she always said she knew the kind of trouble we could get into. My dad didn't marry until he was 30, was close to 40 when they had me, so was a little older than my friends' dads. He grew up in a very strict household as well. We weren't allowed to wear bikinis either.

pasta

Judy, it wasn't bad. They were ok kids. It was all day Mon-Fri. While there parents worked. Bought my first halter top that year also. Had to wear a shirt over it until I got out of the house. ;~))

jals

Bobbie,
I hope they weren't terrible to watch. :-))

Joe,
My son and I were just discussing Fleetwood Mac last night. What a coincidence. :-))

wjl1015

Great first album Bobbie!! :))

pasta

Thanks, Joe. Rumors was the first album I bought. Had to babysit a whole week to get it.☺♥♥
