Why are you reporting this puzzle?

This is an unique special built by one man: Hugo de Ridder from Belgium. He built it during a period of 4 years (1949-1952) at the start of which he was only 16 years old. The self designed body is hammered out of sheets of aluminum, the running gear consists of parts of various old cars. It's powered by a engine out of a 1938 BMW 328, a 2-Litre 6-cylinder unit with 3 carburetors producing 80 HP, enough for a maximum speed of around 190 kph.
