Many famous people have suffered from it.I shall begin listing them now. racoonstar 31 May 2020 :::patiently waiting out the anagram phase so we can get back to solving puzzles::: msbonne 31 May 2020 Towering Inferno? really Mischka? Mischka 30 May 2020 (Well... mad "anosmic," actually ...) ;-)Juba, anagrammatization is exactly like dyslexia, only on purpose. But mine is compulsive, not complete under control. Sometimes I get impatient with it, if I lose track of conversation while working on a word spoken several sentences ago. :-) nanab 30 May 2020 Most anagrams have trigger words that are a clue to rearrange the letters. In a picture puzzle the fact that the letters are scrambled, stirred, crazy, mad etc, only occurs to you once you've exhausted other possibilities, unless you're a frequent anagram solver. Surreal_Heidi 30 May 2020 I don't know if anyone was expecting a combination anagram and rebus. hippo 30 May 2020 Mad = "anagram" so "mad anosmia" can mean masonic. Here "Mad Max 2" an anagram of "MAX 2" so A2XM. Yes it's hard...Well done getting Blazing Saddles, a few clever peeps missed that. That was hard too... Surreal_Heidi 30 May 2020 I got Blazing Saddles, but NOT Mad Max 2. I still can't figure out how you get that from the clue. ParsonWayne 30 May 2020 @Mischka We are all so sorry to hear about your terrible disease - anagrammatization.I hope the doctor is able to treat it. Is it very painful? We all wish you a speedy recovery. ;o))) Juba1010 30 May 2020 You guys make quite the spectacle, running around trying to ride each other. Keep up the good work! hippo 30 May 2020 I hae some heavy duty gardening gloves you could maybe re-porpoise... msbonne 30 May 2020 I have several porpoise friends, I have never tried to ride one. Perhaps I can make some thick claw gloves and give it a shot. Thanks for the idea. racoonstar 30 May 2020 Now that's something I'd love to see!A de-clawed sloth riding a porpoise!(de-clawed so that no porpoises were harmed in the riding) msbonne 30 May 2020 I don't know that a porpoise is required, but certainly makes it more entertaining. Juba1010 30 May 2020 Is anagrammatization like dyslexia, only on purpose? Juba1010 30 May 2020 Ok msbonne 30 May 2020 I agree PW. It really stinks. ParsonWayne 30 May 2020 Fiona, I am so sorry to hear about your anagrammatization. Have you suffered with it all your life? I hope they find a cure for it soon. ;o))) msbonne 30 May 2020 Don't bite me. Juba1010 30 May 2020 I didn’t get either one......and I don’t care la la la la :-) msbonne 30 May 2020 If boB say it is good, then it is good. racoonstar 30 May 2020 Wasier will work! nanab 30 May 2020 1. So it is MAX 2 mad... if you did cryptic crosswords this would just be your normal way of thinking... Mischka 30 May 2020 I kept thinking Towering Inferno and knew it was wrong. @hippo I am deeply shamed that my usual whirling anagrammatization let me down this time. Anything less and I feel like I have been ripped off. nanab 29 May 2020 Silly Rudy, he must have forgotten that. msbonne 29 May 2020 Alas, I do not do puzzles less than 7,000 pieces. nanab 29 May 2020 Hoff if you solve you'll see a message. msbonne 29 May 2020 A mouse? I have been using a cat for many centuries on my pc now. I think a mouse might actually be easier to maneuver. Thank for the tip. Surreal_Heidi 29 May 2020 Thank you for the hint on #1, hippo. "Please, I insist on paying you. Just name the fee.""Okay," said the doctor. "How about half of what you’d have offered when the bone was still stuck in your throat?" nanab 29 May 2020 I often think I'm right...and then you post the answers. : ( msbonne 29 May 2020 I am saddened by the frowning burning guys. hippo 29 May 2020 Well done on solving both @nanab! ⭐⭐ on the way - I trust you! :) hippo 29 May 2020 It's a quote.
