Bird on Long Island, NY, USA

This might be a Bluebird, young one or female(?) due to the lack of the orange-red-rust colored chest plumage... but it reminds me of the "Angry Bluebird" photo that was popular a few years back. It's a "permanent" facial expression on certain birds, they just look "angry" or "ticked off" ALL the time! (I didn't know if I could use the "p'd off" expression so I used the safest one I could think of!)

Hmmm! I think it could possibly be one of those filters you can activate on your phone to superimpose a facial expression onto your pet, your friend, this bird, etc. I think it's a filter, but it could be the actual expression on the bird's countenance (that means "face" for those who need a less sophisticated word)!

His eyes are kind a scary. But He is sweet also. I do not know the name.
