Good morning Ianto and Teagardener. As of yesterday I have gone back to our local Rec.Centre for an Aquafit class and swim. Starts at 9 am each morning. I will be on my way soon. Chat later. CLB:-)

I saw what I got up. I did stay up until 10 pm.

. . . Well, I foolishly stayed up till after midnight, so I’ll probably walk around like a Zoombie today😂

I wish I could sleep late, I was already up an hour.
Sixish hours is what I get most of the time,
