Why are you reporting this puzzle?

This street is really called Eerie Street. It is called that because it looks like a street back in the 1950s with all the people and activity strangely missing. It is located in what once was the town of Lowell, Arizona. In the early 1900's, Lowell was incorporated into the city of Bisbee, Arizona. Much of the residential area of Lowell was dug up when they open pit mined the neighborhood for copper. Was those residences gone, the business area could not maintain itself. However, about two blocks of the street you see here were left looking pretty much the way the did many decades ago. I have posted a second puzzle today showing this scene close up.

Yes, it does look taken care of and it is good to hear that Volunteers take care of it. Those old vehicles catch my eye. They certainly "go with" the town. :-)) THANK YOU for a great puzzle and fun photo.

dusty, there was an old Harley used parts shop open that you could go inside. The rest was just for looking at from the outside. I learned that there are local volunteers that help keep the street looking good. Terry

This is really interesting! Looks as though they keep it somewhat cared for. I wonder what it looks like inside!
