I took this photo through the window of my room at the National Jubilee Hospital a few days after Open heart surgery. I was fascinated and took quite a few photos one after the other. This was number three.

@Andrew2 So sorry for your loss. I understand the difficulties in arranging for such things in this tumultuous time. My best friend since childhood died on the 7th. His son had arrangements for cremation with an interment in the family's plot (going back into the early 1800s) in our hometown in Massachusetts at a future date. In parts of the U.S., lines of cars pass through cemeteries carrying mourners past the grave site where, as in Scotland, no more than 10 people can gather. Undertakers' staffs retreat after delivering the coffin to the site to allow as many family as allowed to gather. I add the hope that you and your family remain well and safe as is ours. Thanks for responding, kind sir.

Hi Jerry, yes we are fine but my Cousin died on Saturday of the Coronavirus. Unfortunately I am her next of kin and trying to do the right thing for her. Arranging a funeral in the current restrictive times is proving difficult. However it’s not all gloom and doom because another of my cousins (on the other side of the family) she and her family run an Undertakers business (funeral directors) so I have left a lot for them to do. Because of the lockdown here in Scotland a maximum of ten people are allowed to attend a funeral so it will be an extremely small affair next week. I’ll be glad when it’s all over and we can get back to normal. Hope you and your family are keeping well and staying safe.

Haven't seen you aboard recently. Are you well? I miss the repartee!
