Thanks for sharing you babies too. I’ve always loved tabbies.

It was years ago Becca. Thanks. I’ve lost more cats to coyotes. Sam is my one and only now. He sheds for a crowd though. :-)

Juba1010, I'm sorry for your loss! 8 is very young. . .I don't think heartworm in cats was addressed as early and vigorously as it was in dogs. Glad they recognize the threat to felines now!

My sweetums was a Manx- American short hair cross. Grey calico with a short 7 inch tail and back hips like a rabbit. Lost her to heart worm heart attack at 8 yrs. After that I medicated all my cats. She was very sweet and confident. :-)

Juba1010, Heeheehee! Our vet actually gave Sweetums her name when I first took her in. We rescued her as a skinny, tiny kitten, and she had awful pulmonary edema. Vet said it was from lack of protein and wasn't able to say whether she'd survive. But she did! She was a classic tab, and Emmy Cat was a mackerel. I always loved Emmy's surprised expression. I called her my little Funny Face.

Juba1010

It’s a rare two headed tabby!

(I had a cat named Sweetums) :-)
