Love the title, and your creative creation! :) :) :) foxymoron 31 March 2019 Thank you, Francine. You are a sweetheart :-) I'll send it home to live with you. Hope Echo agrees :-) foxymoron 31 March 2019 LOL, good one, Ardy! Had I spotted it from the 19th it may have grown another head :-) A wood can be made from wood but can also be made from metal like an iron - not at all confusing, is it LOL. foxymoron 31 March 2019 Shirley, sad to say it only speaks golfish and goldfish with extra bubbles if it's been drinking a fizzy drink, of course :-) For all we know it could be related to our platypus! Except it doesn't speak Aussie :-) Thanks, mate :-))) foxymoron 31 March 2019 Oh, I LOVE the lingual and a bit! Too clever, you are young Kirsten! Maybe you can start by reading One fish, two fish, green fish, golfish? (Sorry, Dr Seuss) bookish 31 March 2019 Chrissie, I think you've outdone yourself. Your creature is incredible and I love him. Thanks. :) ringleader 31 March 2019 Chrissie, it's wonderful. You were so lucky to see it. Were you watching from the 19th hole? Kirsten's description is so good. I also saw the elephant trunk and the golf stick feet. Wouldn't know a wood from an iron through. Love your creature. Thank you. Shian2 31 March 2019 OMG! what a multipartite colourful creature this is, does it speak multiple languages too? it's a bit like our platypus but with extra parts :)) So pleased you have given us the chance to meet this special creature, Chrissie, Thanks Mate :):) RandomWorship 31 March 2019 Hmmmm. Good to know. There's hope for me to potentially learn Golfish too then! I can move from being semi-lingual to possibly multi-lingual! Well. realistically, more like lingual and a bit. LOL! (❛ᴗ❛) foxymoron 31 March 2019 It's the dimples on the balls that help. They reflect and echo the words so their attention span can go up to 10 seconds for the brighter ones :-)) RandomWorship 31 March 2019 Goldfish speak Golfish? I didn't know they were multi-lingual! That's amazing - specially given their attention span! (❛ᴗ❛) foxymoron 31 March 2019 Ask a neighbourhood goldfish but remember they have a seven second attention span LOL. RandomWorship 31 March 2019 Oh no! I don't speak Golfish! Is there a translator in da house? (❛ᴗ❛) foxymoron 31 March 2019 We-e-lll, they used to be bigger plates but there was a number 2 Callaway ball stuck in the mud at the bottom of the Jigidi Lagoon and by the time the Creature managed to hook and slice (at the same time - quite clever) the ball out of the 18th hole the plates had shrunk and were inadequate for flight. So sad... :-)) RandomWorship 31 March 2019 PLATES! That's what they are called. My sluggish ol' brain couldn't find the word! But speaking of them, I think I can see why the poor creature fell out of the air. This body shape is hardly what you would call "aerodynamic". Methinks it needed much bigger sails if it wanted to fly! LOL! (❛ᴗ❛) foxymoron 31 March 2019 LOL... thanks, Kirsten. Those triangular bits are defunct sails (or plates or spikes!) that the Creature used for flying before it fell into the Jigidi Lagoon. Now they are used as rudders :-) The feet are number 1 woods - well spotted! RandomWorship 31 March 2019 Oh my goodness!! Only from the imagination of Chrissie, could the incredible creature come! I see an elephant trunk, tweety bird eyes, lizard back (what ARE those triangular bits on a lizard back called??), a turkey tail and golf club feet! LOL! Amazing stuff, Chrissie! Thanks!
