Hello Linda . . Happy Thanksgiving!!
I wish that was the scene around here, no, this year we’re celebrating the big family meal at my sister-in-law’s home out in the country. So yes, I’ll have a few minutes to be on Jigidi Thursday😊🧩 My daughter and her husband will be here for supper tomorrow night and then they’ll be leaving Friday morning, from her grandmother’s home in another town. I think the family will be coming here for Christmas, so I’m enjoying a bit of a break this month😉🦃 I imagine your side dishes will be amazing, wish I was there!
Just like you, I’m grateful for my Jigidi friends😊😊😊
Take care and don’t work to hard . .

@Teagardner, I'm sure by now you have already shopped and starting to go to the China closet to pull out your favorite serving dishes for Thanksgiving. I doubt either one of us will be on Jigidi on THANKSGIVING. I am having a small crowd ( 8 )and so I already made the important side dishes and they are in my refrig. Want to wish you and your Family a very Happy & Healthy THANKSGIVING.I'm so thankful that we are friends on Jigidi. Hope you have a wonderful day. :-)) Linda

Hello Jill, he and I have discovered we love visiting national parks and also seeing regions in the US that we’ve never had the chance to before! You’ve been to areas that are on our bucket list, like Monument Valley😁🚙 One day . . .
Thanks for doing the puzzle!

Teagardener

Hi Linda,
Wow, a train ride across the country would be awesome, I hope you get to do that one of these days!
Thanks for your nice comment :)

We may see her back on Jigidi tomorrow or the next day as they're about done and are heading home.

What a gorgeous expansive view, especially lovely in this gentle light. Fabulous photo! Like Jacki I’ve been to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley and a couple of national parks in that general area. But must confess to never even hearing of Badlands NP. Thanks

Tea....Isn't Mother nature remarkable! It is a sight to behold. So glad you had a marvelous time and enjoyed seeing Mt Rushmore. That is the one place I would love to see. We had planned a train ride cross country through all the states and stopping at the most intresting places. Amtrak offers routes cross the country.Due to the onset of the virus we chose not to go. These Mountains are really beautiful. Thanks for posting this puzzle. Linda

Awesome pic/puzzle, Tea! Had to be amazing to see in person! Thanks for sharing!

I'm not surprised Tea. It is stunning, but it must be really something to stand with a full panoramic view of the landscape,

Thank you Lorna😃
(This is my favorite photo!)

@bluebird42
G’afternoon Jacki, thanks for the nice note :)
Years ago I had seen a colorless photo of the Badlands and wasn’t impressed enough to go there. I like Color!
But thanks to the research ‘do-able’ on YouTube, we planned a trip around the Black Hills, the Badlands and a small part of Wyoming. But I’m getting off track, the Badlands has amazing colors (and wildlife), I was delighted😁🚙 Thanks for doing the puzzle🧩

*Have you heard from Suzy yet? She’s going to have great photo puzzles when she gets back!

bluebird42

Incredible. I have been to the Grand Canyon, seen the sandstone "natural sculptures" in Utah and in northern Arizona. But never the Badlands!

Teagardener

@777peanut
Thank you Peanut for your note and for working the puzzle😃 I had never seen The Badlands either except on YouTube and in books, so it was a delightful experience to see it in person! Have a good Monday ..
-Tea

I've always wonder what the bad lands look like. Thanks who ever since this in.
