The fenced off cellars of Abergavenny Castle.
Why are you reporting this puzzle?
The fenced off cellars of Abergavenny Castle.
Today the cellars or dungeons of the castle are protected by railings but accessible by a gate. The cellars were ramped to enable easy transport of goods up to the castle rooms. It is very likely that prisoners were shackled down here too, awaiting their fate in dungeons, secured to the walls. Behind in the modern town center the Town Hall can be seen.
