Hi, Ardy. I have lots of photos, but they are in albums, either mine or Megan's. Too lazy to bother scanning them in.

Sure are right there, Heidi. The mangrove is the basis for a lot of the survival of animals in the Everglades.

Hi Mother. It is so far South that not everyone bothers. We have camped there, hiked a few trails and taken the airboat rides as well.

It's fascinating how trees have adapted to so many environments, and are so essential for so many creatures. Without trees, we wouldn't be alive.

I've visited beautiful Florida but never saw this park.

This is a tiny mangrove hammock, just getting started. Such odd roots to help it survive. They provide shelter for small fish and other animals.
