Why are you reporting this puzzle?

I hope you can overlook the poor photography. My camera is acting up. Plus I'm hand holding and it's cold!! Many of the tree limbs and bushes are covered with many colored lights. The was trying to capture the moon in the tree top. The lights in the bottom right were small lights along the walkway. We were there from about 5:30 to 6:30 December 1.

You're welcome, alias2v

Nice series! Thank you :)

You're welcome, Sandi. It wouldn't have felt so cold if I could be up and walking instead of sitting. Cheerie Lou was plenty warm. She got all the exercise. ☺

Thank you, Val. It was fun even though it was cold. Hugs dear friend♥♥

I love the photo. Thanks for braving the cold temps to get this lovely shot.

Magical photo thank you Ardy, love the colours and the moon, so pleased you got there and are sharing your photos Hugs dear friend ♥♥

Thanks, Barb. There will be some better ones. I had some problem when I first bought it. It had to go to the factory which was down in Virginia. But it's out of warranty now so maybe there is someone local. I'll have to check. Hugs 😊💖

That's a lovely photo, I really love the lights display and the charismatic moon....LOL Sorry to hear that the camera was not doing it's job but maybe someone can look at it and help. Hugs 🙂❤️

Thanks, Lunie. I saw no flowers outside. We have had several below freezing nights so I'm sure nothing is blooming. They were starting to bring in the poinsettias and other plants to decorate the Conservatory. Maybe I can get back again.

Thanks, Pat. Hugs.

We were both dressed warmly, Jill. I have gloves where the part over the fingers folds back the the fingers are then available to operate the camera. The thumbs stay covered in their own place but got so very cold. We did have a good time in spite of the cold. Thanks.

Beautiful lights and I love the moon too, so pretty, Thanks, Ardy.

I do remember that, Faye. It was beautiful. How I wished she were with me last night and could have helped with some of the problems. The cold was not the problem as it was doing the same inside the day before. I think the camera needs to go with an overhaul. But I'm not sending it anywhere until after the New Year. It's too easy for things to get lost in the holiday rush. Thanks for the encouragement. Hugs 💗💗💗

The lights are still attractive Ardy, don't worry. Are there still flowers there now? Thanks.

Just gorgeous .. Hugs

What a beautiful sight they have created, how wonderful you withstood the cold to go and look and photograph. Good for you Ardy, thanks 😊

It might be the cold affecting your battery...nevertheless, night shots are tricky but this has a wonderful effect! Sometimes we snap what we hadn't anticipated...remember my Oopsie! shot that Michelle created a beautiful card from? LOL ♥️🎄♥️

Thanks, Jacki. Many of the photos looked more like your abstracts than actual scenes. I think my camera is in real trouble. I discovered the auto focus stopped working with the Tamron lens when we were at the display on Wednesday. I changed back to the original lens and it seemed to be working. Guess it didn't like the lights or the dark - not sure which. The color was much better when we viewed them on the computer but not the focus. I do have a few photos that are better but I loved this moon. Hugs

I did too, Pam, which is the only reason I posted this one.☺♥

Pretty pointalist painting, Ardy. Didn't know your camera was so artistic! ( heeheehee). Hugs

I especially love the moon, Ardy. Thanks for sharing! ♥︎☺︎♥︎

Thanks, AB. Some of the photos are much better than this one.

Thank you, Donna. I liked that moon. The real moon was hiding behind clouds but could be seen.

Ardy I bet this display was magical. Well done for braving the cold.

The essence of what you are attempting to capture is quite perfect. Thanks for sharing your braving of the cold!
