I was told my Abby is a Powder Puff Chinese Crested/Pomeranian mix. I found her on two different rescue web sites. Now I will try and go to the link you suggested. Nice talking to you! :))

Redina,my dog is a kind of kooikerhondje,but I think your little dog is a Papillon.
