You are so right mercer, everyday is a gift, and all we really have is the present moment. Love it!

I lost my holiday spirit, until today Christmas Eve, children get a gift, but, I don't feel anything except obligation. Children are very good to me all year, so I show appreciation as much as I can. So, all I can say is every day is a gift, so enjoy and find things that make love life.

Thank you mecera. I wasn't going to decorate as I am alone this Christmas (husband in LTC facility), but my son said I should decorate for myself. He was right...the window and I both captured the holiday spirit.
