Thanks Teresa, for your lovely comment.

Too right, Kirsten. I'd be very happy if all our fruit were in season and locally grown. Waiting for the first cherries seems to make them all the more flavoursome.

Thanks Lena.

I love your big platter of fresh fruit, Obby! And it looks lovely against the soft lime green background, with all those pretty little kaleidos. (✬‿✬) - Teresa

I agree with you about much of our fruit, Fay. It's been picked when unripe - to cope with being freighted to a far away destination, and to last longer in the shop. But it's not nearly as tasty. Grrr.

And warm hugs to you, Ardy dear. I like pineapple best when it's a bit over-ripe. Green grocers used to make them cheaper so they'd sell quickly, but that was always a favourite with children and early teens, So incredibly sweet--and it's not a sweetness you find in tinned or preserved pineapple. ... oh dear, now my mouth is watering!
The state I grew up in is too far south--too far from the tropics--for pineapples to be grown, so they're traded from the warmer north.

Delicious, Fay. Beautiful kaleidos too. Raspberries are a favorite of mine along with mango and especially fresh pineapple. Thank you. Lovely puzzle. Have a good night. Hugs.

Yet another fast solve Kirsten! I'm always amazed.
I'm lucky, in that I have raspberries, brambles, mulberries, loquats, nectarines and plums. Some nice little grapes, and two apples. I don't like modern strawberries--a strawberry should be full flavoured and easy to squish. There's no-one now with time to look after them all, of course, but there's always a beautiful crop of rainbow lorikeets.

YUM! I LOVE summer fruits, Fay. The stone fruits, cherries and berries, melons and pineapples - and mangoes! Mmmmm. I really enjoyed these kaleidos too. Thank you! (❛ᴗ❛)
