This looks very much like the banks of the Columbia River Gorge, or more particularly "Dry Falls" Washington, a once existing falls created by the bursting of the Missoula Ice Dam of the last ice age that released bajillions of sq. ft. of water that scoured the lands of North Idaho , north & central Washington State. These water falls would have been ten times higher & twenty times wider than Niagara Falls, & only the local Indians that survived this humongous flood would have witnessed this event. If this is a picture of Dry Falls, it only shows a small portion of the ancient falls.
