Huck weaving is another interesting textile, Kirsten. Pennsylvania Dutch art has bright colors. And rosemaling has beautiful images.

I love the bright colors in these, Kirsten. I really like the left bottom and center and the very center one. This made me thing of another possibility for you-hardanger embroidery.

I'm back. I have discovered that Davon is on the other side of Washington, D.C.from me. I'n on the northeastern side and she's on the southern.

This was not an easy one. I clocked in at 1:20;17 although I fell asleep some time in the middle and don't know for how long. Long enough so the puzzle went into "pause" mode. No rain yet. I'll wish you a "good morning" and send some morning hugs just for you. ((HUGS))

Yes, I'm a real weather nut after taking a college course on sereve storms, more years ago than I care to remember and I always watch the status of cyclones when they hit Austrialia. And by the way, I did enjoy the puzzle immensely. Take care and get some sleep!

Woo hoo! And you're still on the board as I type, Davon. I'm glad that you're not expecting anything too serious. And I'm an urban Aussie living in a big capital city - Melbourne. We never get cyclones here. They occur mostly up in our tropical north. Whew!!

I was the fastest person to solve it Kirstin!!!!! Imagine that! (Of course, I'm only person to solve it so far.) I live northern VA, almost touching Washington, DC. I'm sure except for a new neighborhood trees and hte power that we'll be fine. And I don't have anything to tell an Aussie about cyclones that you don't already know!
