I am not the lad to identify the railroad engine. But the tank is an M60A3 on display at Veteran's Park in Cloquet. The M60 series Main Battle Tanks were developed from the M48 Patton, but did not officially have a name. This vehicle has the somewhat troublesome and dangerous cupola, which was later eliminated to lower the silhouette.
