@nanlein I was told by our homeless cat shelter that she probably was abandoned to die by a local breeder because her head was smaller than wanted. Breeder didn't "sell" because would deflate pricing. No one ever looked for her, yet breed is very expensive. My male Maine Coon (also a throwaway) immediately adopted her. There is a September puzzle of the two of them. It is a bit distorted as he was twice as big. Gypsy Prince loved her so much.

Sooty knows he has a good life with you. He is lucky to have a forever home :) And... You are lucky to have him. Best!

it is beyond my comprehension how someone can throw away an animal, especially a defenseless baby. Our kitty Sooty was found abandoned (5 1/2 weeks old, 13 ounces after the vet fed him) on a roadway out in the country so he was probably feral - he acts like it sometimes after 10 years of love and pampering. But unless frightened he is a total cuddle bunny!

@nanlein Yes, she is a Snow Bengal. If she was standing, she is identical both sides with "Christmas" or Pine Trees on both hips. I rescued her in a blizzard - she was then a kitten thrown away, now 12 years old.

she has beautiful markings! Is she a Bengal?
