Sounds like it's a jigidi wide problem. It's good that they know about the problem and are working on it. I just have to go slower, which is OK since I'm working big puzzles a lot now and there's never any hurry with them. Thanks for the info, Dave.

Mine has been working good bit better, red. I just got in and havent tried it tonight though. Email jigidi and explain your issues. Thats what I did. They told me they were trying to make changes to help those with touch screens and it messed up other stuff somehow. I have a laptop with corde mouse. Jals. yes your machine has other issues. Try the cc cleaner and or internet options to delete a bunch of junk. That is the extent of my computer know how, ha. D

Mine seems to be not just Jigidi. If I try to highlight some text so I can copy/paste it, it won't highlight. If I have a drop-down menu on something, I have to use my tab to find it and then "enter" to select it. I've got an appointment a week from today to have the Geek Squad at Best Buy look at it. That's where I bought my laptop. I think it's having an issue with sound again too. :-(

Redina, if it is only with Jigidi, I'd contact them and ask for help.

Agree with you. Very annoying, having real trouble just doing a puzzle.

@jals I'm having that problem, too. You're right about the frustration!

This is pretty. But now I have the mouse who can't move pieces. It's also giving me problems with copy/paste, I'm not able to highlight text. Very frustrating.
