A Cool Old Barn

This is a very interesting Barn with the silo out back. The barn is exceptionlly tall, generally the top hay loft floor is at the level of the eaves, then the big door on the side provides access to a second loft floor just above the windows, it just about had to have been a dairy operation or beef cattle operation, which required a tremendous amount of hay storage & silage. The peak on the front of the roof provides for a rail that runs the entire length of the barn to allow for the use of a "Jackson Fork", or hay sling to elevate the hay up into the upper loft, & the side door allowed for hay to be pitch forked into the lower loft. This thing was built to accomodate a lot of animals. Any other ideas out there????
