The End of the Line

I'm no expert but have been using mullein for a few years to good effect... (soothing irritated mucous membranes and reducing inflammation they say). Flowers and leaves can be steeped and taken as a tea or even smoked. I have done both A safe herb in my book but some may suffer side effects. I wouldn't take my word for it though you would need to do your own research before you used it. :)

We have a lot of it here as it seems to like dry stony ground. I've heard of its uses. Perhaps you can expand a little? I am interested.

I wish mullein grew where I live...the dried herb is expensive. It has a beneficial action on the respiratory system...taken as a tea. If that is growing near you, I would recommend that you collect it and dry it, if you don't already.
