Thanks Jean! I'll meet you here after covid ;-))

nanapuzzler

A lovely place to unwind!!
@oynot You said you used to live in Hill Country; is this someplace you have been?

myself1935

Thank you, Donna and Donna-
As to alligators... It is Texas, so you never know...

Donnajames

Such a tranquil spot to go for an afternoon. I am wondering what is disturbing the water in the center! I know Texas has alligators. Hmmmmmm!

dhi

This is very pretty!

Thank you jjinx- Nice of you to add the information-

Toku_Floyd

Good to hear that it is being protected.

jjinx

I first visited Hamilton Pool Preserve about 40 years ago, and it is still a beautiful place. To protect it, they now limit the number of visitors and reservations are required.

myself1935

Yes, Fiona- since there seems to be a thriving alcohol industry nearby, l expect there are a lot of bees!

myself1935

Thank you Toku- Since this is in located in a tourist area the chances are good that it is an attraction already and they will leave it alone-

Toku_Floyd

A nice bit of paradise, eventually, someone will spoil or destroy it, trying to make money.

Thank you for sharing.

Mischka

Umm, are there a lot of bees?

LOL :-)

Looks beautiful.
