Yes, l know- Thanks, Rob

robf

Just saw 2 comments by him on a private puzzle; he's back!

robf

Jean, yes. Some of us are reading news he's emailed to one friend. Reinstatement is inching closer, we're told.

myself1935

Helen, thank you for the story of Susie- She was so fortunate to have had your family in her life and then Russell- I am sure she remembers you with kindness-
Glad you are feeling stronger, my friend-

myself1935

@robf
Is it true that Hoff has been suspended???

ElvisBanana

Wow! This is GREAT!!! I've seen animals hitching a ride on another animal, but nothing quite like this. It's a true find, @myself1935 Thanks so much for posting this amazing photo!

robf

Peggy, Hoff goes by the username of msbonne. He's currently suspended from posting puzzles or commenting on them while Jigidi investigates a report (someone thought his contribution violated the guidelines).
Look for his puzzles, which are plentiful up to almost 2 weeks ago.

Or see some of his fans in our efforts to clear his name, e.g. at this puzzle for the Sloth Fan Club:

Too cute, Jean~ Thanks so much for finding this one and sharing it too! When growing up I had a tortoise too. I named her Susie. She loved a corner in the backyard and so we put up a little fence and she had total freedom. When my parents moved to the desert, the guy who did yard work took her home with him. She had been in a beach area for so long we didn't want to change it. She must be at least 70 years old. Russell was very fond of her, so I know he is taking good care of her. She too loved to have her neck rubbed and scratched. Pleasant memories from this one, Jean. Thanks again!

Who or what is Hoff? Nosy people want to know LOL

myself1935

Maybe it is Hoff who is running the show and she too is a passenger!

robf

She must have little pockets full of coins inside the shell, for making change!

myself1935

l wonder how much she charges for the crossing?

wow, that works very well as a cab or ferry over the water, :) very intelligent. poor turtle must be getting quite a workout. so cute.

myself1935

So we are the same age, mj- l hope you both are holding up well, as am l!
l am glad you like the picture!

Great photo. Thanks. 1935, the year my wife and I were born.

myself1935

Good! Glad to hear it-

nanapuzzler

We have been looking into that for a while now...he is searching for just the right dog for him.

myself1935

I'd like to send a thought to you and Ryan-
Why not adopt a young dog you both can train? Unless there are specific tasks that need to be done, the affection is the medicine-
Just saying...

nanapuzzler

I did sleep well. Thank you and now I'm ready to solve a few. Sending hugs****

myself1935

Thank you for your kind comments. Sharon and Peggy- lam so glad you enjoyed this puzzle-

Peggy, l offer sympathy for Moses and best wishes with Moses ll-
Jean

Sharon said it all. Love it. Many years ago when my kids were all young and growing I had a diamond back turtle we called Moses - he looked that old. He was a perfect pet. He ate lettuce and fresh veggies, only put in an appearance when hungry or moving to a better "bedroom" and a hiding place to sleep. He loved to have me scratch his neck .One day he got out and it was some days before we realized he was gone. Boo Hoo A couple of years later we got another one, named him Moses II. Did not have the personality of the first one but we still enjoyed him. Just always hoped they did not land in somebody's pot.

I think this is my favorite puzzle of the day. It is so cute and it makes me smile. It is also an excellent photo, catching the details of the turtle, the frog, and the tiny snail so perfectly--in profile yet. All with a perfect reflection. I love it. Thanks!!! Love your caption too!

myself1935

l wasn't thinking- He must be the one pulling the transport-
As to the wetsuit, he probably holds the patent on it-

robf

Yes! That is no place for the all purpose spray.

@msbonne

Are there sloth-sized wetsuits? Or are we just dreaming of a speedy triple decker transport...

myself1935

Doesn't Hoff detest water, Rob/
Let's hope he left his WD40 at the compound!

robf

Oh NO!
Is Hoff under them all, holding his breath??

myself1935

Thank you, fishes
