Hi Mini, just caught up on you lovely puzzles. Thanks. Hope all is well with you. :)

Happy May!

Happy May Day to you both :)

Happy Beltainne to all!

When I was a little girl, we celebrated May Day by putting together pretty little baskets of flowers. Then my sister and I would put the baskets on our neighbor's doorsteps and ring the doorbell, before running to hide and watch as the surprised neighbor found a sweet little surprise. The tradition of dancing around the May Pole was no longer celebrated in our community. Of course, as an adult, I know those traditions were based in Pagan fertility rites of Spring. That only makes them all the more appealing to me! Now some countries use May 1st to celebrate International Workers' solidarity.
