Why are you reporting this puzzle?

Cemetary in Dobrota on the Bay of Kotor, Montenegro. This was not far from our apartment and it really was a beautiful setting for people to go and visit the graves of their loved ones. The bay is a fjord-like 17 miles long winding inlet on the Adriatic sea. It is surrounded by the mountain ranges Orjen and Lovcen

It might be something to do with suitable space, I am not sure Marina

It is such an original idea to build a cemetery by the sea. They are normally build in the mainland surrounded by gardens or tall trees.

Yes it looked fairly new. There were some old churches around but maybe not enough space for the graves
