Why are you reporting this puzzle?

For a change I didn't need to stay behind glass to get the shot. I was standing in the opened patio doors only a short distance from it and it continued to eat in the warm evening sunshine, fully aware of my presence.

Up to now they have flown away if the see me move indoors, but this one yesterday just carried on eating as I walked to the patio doors to photograph it. Don't know where our parakeets came from as this is only the third year that they have been on the feeders with their numbers increasing to a flock of about 20 last year.
Or was it enjoying a leisurely late evening meal in the sunshine and just didn't want to leave.

Yes, they can become quite tame, Essex. I've seen videos of them feeding from people's hands in parks in London. Will we be seeing them taking over Trafalgar Square from the pigeons?? :-))
