No, not on a cruise either. Wasn't a cruise, but my Mom and I went to Scotland to visit my Grandmother. We sailed there and back from Montreal to Blackpool and back. Going was no problem, but we hit a hurricane on the way back. It was the maiden voyage of the Cunard Liner and everyone was apprehensive, but not my Mom. They had ropes in all the corridors so you could hold on while you walked and they had wet tablecloths on the tables in the dining hall so the plates wouldn't slide off. A couple of times we were the only people in the dining room for supper. Daytime, we spent in the covered "open" glass deck, watching the waves wash over the bow and playing table tennis because you didn't have to chase the ball if you missed it, it just rolled back to you !!!! So, I guess not.
I didn't get dizzy on those and I used to skate and turn "circles" and not get dizzy then either. Then I taught riding, so I stood in the middle of the ring while the students literally ran "circles" around me and I didn't get dizzy. But, turn just my head fast and the room spins. Go Figure !!
