A street in a small village in West Yorkshire, Cross Roads, near Keighley. Next to Haworth the Bronte village. I lived the first 5 years of my life in one of these houses!!!!!!! I have an ordnance survey map showing these houses houses existed in 1810.

No worries sylvielace. I know what you mean. On a visit back to Yorkshire a few years ago I stopped and looked at a small patch of ground and wondered just how did they ever build the 3 storey, narrow house on it that I used to walk past every day. As a youngster you don't think of these things but with a few miles on the clock and some experience in life you tend to think about other things. Cheers.

Looks a bit like the street I grew up in until I was 10years old .Old wartime houses in Clay Cross Derbyshire. They are long gone now ,just grass where they used to be and It looks so much smaller in that area where the houses used to be.Brings back memories, thanks for sharing
