Why are you reporting this puzzle?

Bull & Bush "Underground Station" is the only station on the London Underground that was never completed. Its officially planned name would have been North End had it opened. The name comes from a nearby pub by the same name. The platform area was excavated when the rest of the Piccadilly Line was tunnelled in the early 20th century and this rough stair case was later added for maintenance access.
