Revisiting this one, arabesque. Yes, I am of the same opinion - it looks great in a hotel but a bit out of place in a council house!

I am glad you liked my puzzle.
When I read your story I thought that the Internet does magical things: it has connected two distant countries 18.500 km (11.500 miles) I write from Italy. Crazy! Have you ever noticed that New Zealand and Italy have the same shape of boot, but reversed?
I send you a warm greeting and I congratulate you for having the courage to give up everything to follow your love!

Thank you for a great little 'quickplay' puzzle, Sue P.

Ciao Maria.

Resta in salute, amico mio. Continuerò a pregare per te e il tuo paese.

Hi Tina. I am quite well thanks. Only that I am always listening to the signals my body sends me !: a sneeze for allergy alarms me, if I feel my forehead a little warm I get agitated, it is a bit of hypochondria!
Physically I still hold on, it's the morale that is a little on the ground, the situation is dramatic, despite having an excellent health service there are no places for intensive care and now the other States (France, Germany, Spain) are also starting to have huge problems.
I don't know what will happen.
Please, try to stay at home as much as possible and avoid gatherings. Hi dear, thank you for your attention.

Le notizie sull'Italia mi spaventano un po '. Fammi sapere se sei al sicuro e ti senti bene. Pregando per tutti voi.

It is inside a tea room, in a pastry shop, here in my town, Alassio, in Italy. But I have to tell you that many hotels and clubs in Venice have it, perhaps to remember the invasion of the Saracens. I think your mom is very fond of it but personally, to my taste, I think it's a bit bulky! I prefer less ... important lamp holders!

Thought I'd never see one of these outside of my mother's house (she has a similar one).
