Yes, it's a neat picture. Warning: Ignorant or impatient drivers who suddenly come upon a horse-drawn vehicle (they do occur in rural areas) may thoughtlessly pass it at a high rate of speed. Please don't. It can have tragic results. I have seen horses panic when a car speeds past. The buggy driver then has to try to get the horse calmed down and under control. It doesn't need to happen. Just slow way down as you pass and stay as far to the left as possible. The law says don't exceed 25 mph. I think even that is too fast, given that the horse may be going 5 mph or less.
