It's a beautiful patch of daffodils. How long will they last, do you think? I hope you see lots of bees and butterflies on them. I remembered to visit the bottlebrush bushes with my Rebel after work yesterday and got some bee shots too, though not closeups.
Thanks. It has been reasonably nice weather all week, but I didn't see any bees or butterflies, untill yesterday. I saw two brimstone butterflies, VERY bright yellow, and a large cabbage white, but none of them felt like landing somewhere to give me an opportunity for a shot. And then I came to this patch of daffodils and saw this bumblebee and (to my delight) also the peacock butterfly. During the rest of my walk I saw more bees (which I may post also) and when I came by these daffodils again on my way home I saw another butterfly. I'll show you the daffodils. We have lots of these patches in the park and throughout the neighborhood.
Wow! Great shot. There are bees on bright red bottlebrush at work, but I haven't gotten any good shots with the Nikon. I meant to drive over there after work and try with the Rebel, but I forgot.
