I totally LIVE in flip flops except when shopping, then it's other sandals. LOL this is so funny. But no ice around here..... only in my freezer. LOL
Thanks for all of your comments, folks. Sue, if you give it a chance you will soon be like Gail's grandson - traipsing around VT in flip-flops and shorts in February.
If they marketed this, I'm sure there would be some crazy Minnesotans who would buy them. My 15-year-old grandson was outside yesterday with just a short sleeve shirt and jeans (and shoes). The temp was 8. He's crazy! He assured me he had a sweatshirt in the car.
Quite stylish!!! ☺
Let me encourage you then, it's hot here right now, but the days are getting shorter and so the sun is on it's way back to you... spring will be there soon!
I'm in central Florida and Cheryl is in Vermont, duh ! We've been friends with Jigidi for years, but I went north in September to meet her and Josie. She has tried to invite me up there for winter several times....like that would happen. I am cold when it drops to less than 70*. It's been way too cold for me already this winter. BRRRR 51 right now.
Sue, My friend wears them year round and swears her toes don't get cold. We hardly ever get snow in the south, but it HAS been around freezing this winter.
OMGosh, Cheryl. You are such a great friend always thinking of me. I can't wait to find a pair and try them out, right away!!! This is just a hoot.
