It sounds like they have landed in the bestest home ever. Blessings to you. Merry Christmas♥
Hi, Trudy! I know exactly what you mean. I've given up on my nice living room furniture. These little ones are like fleas hopping up the sides and backs of the fabric-covered chairs, love to wrestle each other in my plant, and think that the wall makes a good scratching post. They're also not quite big enough yet to jump from floor to lap, so my legs are a little worse for wear as well...LOLDespite all that, they are truly the joys of my life. There's nothing sweeter or more fun than little kittens running, playing, discovering, snuggling....and those precious, barely audible, teeny tiny meows. Ahhh...heaven! :)
Thank you for rescuing these kittens -- I'll bet they'll come to know how love feels! And you will come to know what mayhem feels like, too! I adopted two kittens last November -- lots of things in my house are much worse for their play, but I sure do enjoy watching their antics and I love them dearly.
It's been a long time since we've had kittens in our home (all our others are adult cats). I am so enjoying Mimi (left) and Gracie (right)! They're super fluffy and soft, full of energy, eat like little piglets and love to snuggle when it's nap time. :)
I'm so glad I happened to check animal control's website the day I did. These kittens were surrendered by the mother cat's owner (a pet hoarder) and were past their euthanasia date. I am so thankful we were able to adopt them. We feel so blessed!
