Why are you reporting this puzzle?

So somehow, with all the typical holiday baking, decorating, dress shopping, mani-pedis, Bonnie MacLean found time to design not one, but two posters. I barely find time to wrap up leftovers and get the trash out. Now here's what threw me... the posters are for concerts in the same city, same night, New Year's Eve. I was so confused I phoned the company selling the posters to walk me through this so I could tell you what's what. They seemed puzzled to hear from me, but they were nice. I'd give them a good yelp review just on manners alone.

The shows on December 26 - 28, 1967, featured the Doors, Chuck Berry, and Salvation. On December 29 and 30, it's Chuck Berry, Big Brother, and Quicksilver Messenger Service. My focus, was, as mentioned, New Year's Eve, so it seems this was the line-up until NYE when only four of the bands played, from 9PM to 9 AM. Same venue! Different poster!! The excitement is palpable!!! But who the hell is still celebrating at 9AM? You're supposed to be drunk and on the couch or drunk and hugging the toilet, or you didn't do your job... It's the new year already - you celebrate by barfing and watching the Rose Bowl Parade. Some people don't know how to do holidays...

Big Brother and the Holding Company -

Chuck Berry -

Doors -

Quicksilver Messenger Service -

Salvation -

You got it the wrong way, round, I should be spending more time with you guys, never mind the dam puzzle average ! (❀ᴗ❀)

I'd choose celebrating with good friends and food over visiting me, too! Have fun - we'll catch up later.

Thanks for all this research, mpp - great poster and enjoyed reading. We've been doing quite a lot o celebrating recently, but getting drunk, not so much. Another party tomorrow, no booze but plenty to eat. That's why my puzzle average keeps a'dropping, not spending enough time with you lot (❀ᴗ❀)

Thank YOU, John, for visiting and reading my ramblings. I enjoy posting these and checking out the music... I'm finding little treasures here and there. One of those treasures is you and your songs, ;-)

The 60's WAS a fascinating time. A fun time... a time of innocence. A time to build up, a time to break down. A time to dance, a time to mourn. A time to cast away stones. A time to gather stones together. Thank you for taking us for a stroll down memory lane... we all appreciate all you do

I take my responsibilities as Educative Poster Enlightener very seriously. ;-) I think the 60s were such a fascinating time - I'm having fun with these.

You talked to the company selling the posters! Far out! You're really on top of all this.
