you can do a lot with tools and ingenuity. In the 80s I helped my father put a 6 cylinder 250 cid Chevy engine in a 8N tractor. We had to stretch the steering and sheet metal about a foot but it was a brush hogging fool and would spin the tires in 4th gear.
Alright Guys, This one is real and it is for sale in Hemmings Motor News, for a meer $10,000. I figure that these in stock form usually go for about $3000, but an engine like this would probably cost near $10,000.,,,,, I's say this is a bargain. Pay for the engine and get the tractor for free?
It has a frame attached to the over and under transmission, and it has PTO too. https://www.hemmings.com/blog/2018/05/27/hemmings-find-of-the-day-1952-ford-8n/?refer=news Pat.
