Picasso’s Paintbrush croton is a tropical shrub that is native to Malaysia and islands in the western Pacific. The flowers are insignificant but the foliage is very narrow and often times a mix of yellow, bronze, green, and burgundy.

Picasso’s Paintbrush croton is small, slow-growing grows best in well-drained, full sun to partial shade but in hot sunny climates looks best if it is shaded from the hottest sun of the day. They make excellent accent plants and as part of a mixed shrub planting. They look their best if planted where they do not require much pruning. Picasso’s Paintbrush croton is frequently grown as houseplants if not hardy in the region.

Love your flowers. This one is very different and I really love it, and I found the Lady Slipper looks like a praying mantis. Really enjoyed them.............Wendy
