Interesting. The site Google sent me to when I asked for rudebeckia said they both came under the classification of rudbeckia (without the first "e').
It's actually a black-eyed Susan from the genus rudebeckia. The cone flower is of the genus Echinacea.
I'm not real good at ID-ing flowers so looked this up. Yes, it'a a cone flower which is the name I knew. Thanks, Gail.
