Interesting selections, Maine Man. I've read all except Lucky Loser, Bare Fists, and Return to Peyton Place and enjoyed most of them - but Melville is much better represented by some of his shorter books than by Moby Dick. It was a real slog. This was a great idea for a puzzle, and I like the design combination.

The time: 1970; the place: the Spartan Theater in Lansing, MI. I went to see "Love Story" with my Mom and my Aunt...all 3 of us came out of the theater crying! I hadn't thought of that in years, until I saw the book in your puzzle! Thank you for the wonderful trip!!
