Thanks for very interesting info. I took this picture in 2005 but when I visited the museum last summer, I couldn't find this bird anywhere. Perhaps it is undergoing restoration.

...........this is the first Australian CAC Sabre MK.31......Delivered to RAAF 1 AD July 1955.........
...........conversion to components in March 1965..........
...........struck off active in June 1965..........
...........forward fuselage went to Toowoomba Air Museum..........
...........believed to have been acquired by Geoff Moesker and moved to Sydney (Date unknown)......
...........moved to WA and front fuselage and wings noted at Jandakot in May 1998.........
...........A94-923 restored by Dave Saunders of Western Warbirds to static display standard then organised a trade deal that saw a Yak-11 (LET C.11) coming to Australia and a Mig-23 going to the USA...........
...........this aircraft, as you mentioned, is now on display at Kbely Aviation Museum outside of Prague, Czech Republic...........

............by far the best looking bird ever built........!
