I used the old camera Suzy, so the openings are close to actual size. This is a section of a large chunk of sandstone.
To put this in perspective, how large was this piece of rock? I can imagine it being as tiny as a wee little piece of coral. I can also imagine it being so large that a human could get lot in one of those cavernous openings!
Thanks Sandy and Niccy!
Amazing. Great shot.
It was at Ferne Cliffe State Park Laura.
Where was the cave, Morris? I never saw one. Great shot!
It's an interesting looking stone formation Morris! I'm glad you got a nice pic of it to share with us!
You knew that partner! JC was holing it up in one one of chickie's puzzles.Well, they say that it was once under water. So maybe it is corral?
Was thinking coral also.
CAVE??? You went INSIDE A CAVE????
Looks like coral!
Thanks, Jim! that little old camera surprises me at times.I don't think so, Sandy. I believe that I took this one after the cave.
Was this inside the cave morris? Great shot of it.
An incredible close-up photo! Thanks, Morris!
