Thank you Janet, I am much better than I was 12 days ago. I had an accident with my power chair, a bath towel got caught on the chair's "joy stick" pushing it forward. I was knocked to the floor onto my left knee, then it tried to run over me! I had to reach up & push the "off" button to make it stop which was super painful. It was like something from a horror movie, not like something that happens in real life, if you know what I mean. I'm so thankful that my dear Hubby, & 2 daughters & son-in-law are always here to help me whenever I need it, they are a real blessing.

Yes indeed Maureen, a fabulous welcome home. It is lovely to be home again and back into our own routine. I did not hear about your fires, I'm so pleased you were spared. We haven't had any really cold days yet but our really cold days usually come in July and August. Wise to stay in bed. I hate the really cold weather. Lots of hugs back dear friend ♥♥♥

What a lovely welcome back from all your Jididi friends. It's lovely to go on a trip,but also great to see all your plants again and of course your cats.
We've had a devastating storm and fires here in Cape Province.
We were fortunate our home and plants survived. The rain was much needed.
It's very cold 3deg in mornings, being on pension has its advantages.
I just stay in bed ,with my hot blanket on till mid morning.

Hello dear Marlene, great to hear from you. My sore foot slowed me down for the first week and then was OK. My leg was no bother at all. I'm sorry to hear that you are so unwell. Do take care dear friend. I came home with a cold but I'm fine now, just a croaky throat.
Yes Sammy and Dean are much bigger that when we were there last time and they were both little kittens. My garden is very happy, Heather did a great job. She and Julian send a big HI.

Thanks Nev, it's great to be back. I feel fine but have very little voice, just a croak! My foot worried me the first week but settled down after that. After all that waiting for my leg to heal, I couldn't believe I hurt myself hours before we flew out. Yes I love your new avatar. You and Marge will miss Daniel.
Cloudy here earlier and we had a whole grand total of 2.2 mm of rain! it barely wet the ground. Lovely and sunny now. Hugs my friend ♥♥♥
