Why are you reporting this puzzle?

This is the seventh puzzle in our series featuring Fractals.

A fractal is essentially a never-ending pattern. It continues repeating that pattern the closer in that you zoom. We find fractals fascinating and have used several of our favorite fractal images to make these kaleido puzzles. Enjoy!

These kaleidos were made by RandomWorship (Kirsten), pro_rester (PR), and JiggyBelle (Jan).
This puzzle was arranged by PR.
