PutterDutt

Indeed! :o)

OldManMontgomery

Yes, putter. He had (wore it and showed it) in the early 1950s. I think it possible he started the 'landing strip look' and shaved it all off. Which is my plan. Striking looking man at the least.

Can't think of the name of the movie, but I saw him with a full head of hair. It shocked my socks off. A Western, I think. To me, he will always be the King....

OldManMontgomery

Probably a bit heretical, my favorite performance of his was Chris, in "The Seven". Second best, "Invitation to a Gunfighter" and a German General (high level officer at least) in a movie I cannot find.

He was an amazing actor...Sherry :)))

The choir in which I sang in High School did "I whistle a happy tune" as part of the repertoire. (We did the Woody Woodpecker sleigh song, too, that doesn't fit.)

OMM, "Shall We Dance?"

OldManMontgomery

Yul Brynner O. One of several regrets, I didn't get to see him in person as the King of Siam.
